Client reviews
Real stories of transformation, trust and support —
the experiences of those who have already walked
this path with me.
- Yuliia, thank you for this consultation. I finally managed to put everything in order in my head. Of course, there is still a lot of work and I need to take time to process it all, but I’m happy I found you.
- Thank you for being by my side throughout this journey. I’m truly grateful to you for it. At times it was very hard, but thanks to you I coped.
- Honestly, I’m so grateful to you just for being there, for always being close. I’m absolutely thrilled about it. All my friends already know about you — I’ve told them what a wonderful person you are. To me you’re like a closest friend.

Frequently asked questions
Key:
Let’s first clarify these terms so you don’t get confused about who can best help you.
A psychologist is a specialist who provides consultations using knowledge from psychology. They may not have a medical degree, do not prescribe pharmacological medication and do not make official diagnoses; instead, they help a person improve their relationship with themselves and the world around them.
A psychotherapist is a specialist who helps to work through deep psychological trauma. They are required to have a medical degree, carry out assessments needed for the rehabilitation of patients with serious illnesses and personality disorders, and do not prescribe medication.
A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who makes diagnoses and prescribes medication. They understand the organic and biochemical aspects of mental functioning, know the causes and mechanisms of mental health conditions, and can distinguish typical functioning from pathology. If needed, one specialist can always refer you to another.
To start therapy you need a request. Sometimes the client already knows it; sometimes it is shaped during psychological assessment.
A request is what you want to obtain or change. If you want to change, achieve or remove something from your life, this can be a reason to contact a psychologist.
I guarantee confidentiality, as well as my presence, interest and full engagement in the therapeutic process during sessions. I take responsibility for creating a comfortable therapeutic space (in online therapy this responsibility is partly on the client), and for my interpretations and feedback during sessions. Your actions and decisions remain your responsibility.
Important!
I do not work with:
– children and adolescents under 16 (from 16, sessions are possible only with parental consent)
– people with diagnosed mental disorders: obsessive–compulsive, borderline, bipolar, schizotypal, psychotic
I also do not work with issues such as:
– drug or alcohol addiction
– suicide attempts
