1. Consultation and addressing your request

I will listen carefully to your request and help find an individual way forward that feels right for you.

2. My guided meditation with incense sticks

I invite you into a space of quiet and deep calm. Meditating to the scent of natural incense sticks helps you tune in to yourself.

3. Nail-standing

This is a practice of strength, presence and inner balance. With me by your side, you can move through this experience safely and find a point of inner grounding.

4. Sounds of a Tibetan singing bowl

I create a space of harmony through sound vibrations that support inner equilibrium and relaxation.

5. Tea ceremony

This is not just tea-drinking but a special ritual that helps you set aside everyday thoughts and tasks and immerse yourself in a calmer inner state.

6. Work with Metaphoric Associative Cards (MAC)

During the practice we use Metaphoric Associative Cards (MAC). This is a useful tool for psychological work.

7. Reflection and feedback

After the practices we share impressions — this helps to integrate what you have experienced more deeply and notice what matters.
