These User Agreement (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the website en.yopsychologist.com.ua (the “Website”) and access to psychological consultations, coaching and related practices (the “Services”) provided by Yuliia Kotliarevska (the “We”, the “Practitioner”).

By using the Website or booking Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

The Website is intended to provide information and facilitate booking for psychological consultations, individual/group sessions, as well as somatic/mindfulness practices (including nail-standing, aromatherapy, sound therapy). The Services are not medical care, do not include diagnosis or prescribing of medication and do not replace consulting a doctor/psychiatrist or emergency services.

Services are provided to adults. Persons under 18 may receive Services only with written consent of a legal guardian and their participation/supervision where appropriate.

• Booking is carried out via the contact forms/messengers listed on the Website.
• Payment: by prior arrangement (before/after the session; online/in cash).
• Cancellation: please notify no later than 24 hours before the session; in case of late cancellation a charge of 100% of the session fee may apply.

We adhere to professional ethics, confidentiality and respect for the client. You agree to provide accurate data and to attend in an appropriate physical/mental state.

Disclaimer: The Practitioner is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses; personal responsibility for actions and decisions after consultations lies with the client. In a crisis, contact 112 or the relevant support hotlines immediately.

Website materials (texts, images, methodological materials) are protected by copyright. Any copying/distribution without written permission is prohibited.

It is prohibited to: disrupt the operation of the Website, attempt unauthorised access, post offensive/illegal content, collect others’ data. We may restrict access in case of violations.

Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We may update this Agreement. The current version is published on the Website with its effective date.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved in court under the jurisdiction rules established by law.
